Pour Choices isn’t just a coffee and tea company. It’s a collection of stories steeped in resilience, humor, and the kind of hard-won wisdom that only comes from taking the scenic route through life. Pour Choices was born from the bumps, the pivots, the gut checks, and the glow ups. All the moments when choosing differently led to something unexpectedly beautiful.
Our founder built Pour Choices after years of being told he was making the wrong choices. But those choices became turning points. Learning to trust himself, embrace the chaos, and follow instinct over expectation became the foundation for everything we brew.
We make ethically sourced, forest friendly tea and coffee that doesn’t pretend to be perfect. Every blend is a reminder that growth is messy, joy is loud, and flavor should never be boring. Whether you need a bold wake up call or a soft place to land, we’ve got you.
We work for Pour Choices with trusted partners who focus on ethical sourcing, sustainably grown and harvested ingredients, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Small batch energy, no monocrop nonsense, no fake green claims. Just real ingredients, made with care.
Pour Choices is proudly queer-owned, founded by someone who spent years learning to trust his own instincts, color outside the lines, and build a life that doesn’t do “normal.” Our mascot, Bizi the Octopus, reflects everything we love about the wild, wonderful complexity of being alive. Curious, tenacious, overstimulated, overthinking, and full of heart. Just like us.

I’m Nathan, founder and chief pun offender at Pour Choices. My love of tea and coffee started long before this business. They have been my comfort in hard seasons, my excuse for slow mornings, and one of my favorite ways to bring people together. Over time, they also became how I connect with the world around me. Every choice I have made, from the grounded to the chaotic, has shaped how I move through life. I would not trade any of it. The twists, the mess, and the laughter all gave me the stories and perspective I carry into this work every day.
I am a storyteller fueled by curiosity, caffeine, and a deep respect for nature and the people who care for it. As a gay, neurospicy founder, I know how meaningful it is to feel seen and welcomed, so I bring that same energy into everything I create.. I believe the smallest choices can create the biggest impact, whether it is choosing forest-friendly tea, small-batch coffee, or a conversation that grows into something meaningful. That is what Pour Choices is built on. The smallest moments, the quiet honesty, the shared cup that reminds you you are part of something bigger.
Pour Choices is not just my work. It is my reflection. A space to be human, to laugh at the chaos, and to make something good from it. The world gives us enough noise. I would rather create something that makes people feel seen, connected, and a little more in love with both people and planet when they leave.

Let’s get one thing straight, it’s never just tea with me. I’m Danika: curly-haired chaos in heels, a high-functioning hurricane of sass, psychology, and strong brews. I’m one-half of the dynamic duo behind Pour Choices, the one who keeps the projects moving, the drama minimal (mostly), and the vibes impeccable.
Nathan (my bestie/business soulmate and resident multi-faceted boss man) may bring the flair, but I bring the fire and the focus. I’m the grounding energy in our swirl of creativity, the Capricorn backbone of our operation, and the reason we actually hit deadlines. You're welcome.
Aside from being the CO-Founder of Pour Choices, I’m also a wife to a certified hottie, mom to two powerhouse daughters, and a relentless believer in deep connection, the kind that doesn’t just fill your cup, but makes you laugh until it spills. While I do love crafting a killer drink, what I really crave is the moment your walls drop and the real talk starts flowing. That's the good stuff.
Armed with a psychology degree and a sixth sense for BS, I like my beverages strong, my opinions stronger, and my heels sky-high (yes, even at nearly 6 feet tall, go big or go barefoot, baby). I don’t do “mild.” I do memorable. And trust me, once you’ve met me, you won’t need reminding.
