Where We Ship:
- Currently U.S. only (for now). International friends, stay tuned!
Processing Time:
- Coffee and tea orders: 2–4 business days
- Merch (apparel, mugs, etc.): Printed on demand and ship within 3–7 business days
Carriers:
We use reputable carriers like USPS and UPS. We’ll send you a tracking number faster than Bizi can slurp an oatmilk latte.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once it leaves our tentacles, it’s in the carrier’s hands. But email us if something goes sideways, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
