Local growers hand-harvest leaves from these shade-nurtured forests, using practices that protect soil health, preserve wildlife habitat, and maintain the balance of the surrounding ecosystem. Their work keeps traditional, sustainable growing methods alive while creating reliable livelihoods for their communities.

Yaupon has a long history in the Southeast, where tribes such as the Timucua, Guale, Yamasee, Muscogee (Creek), and Catawba brewed it as a plant of community and connection. That legacy guides how we approach it today.
We partner with a small producer in the Southeastern United States who continues that spirit of respect through responsible wildcrafting, native ecosystem protection, and regenerative land care.

Responsible Packaging from Start to Finish
We design our packaging to protect the planet with every choice we make. Our tea tins are both recyclable and truly reusable, which is one of the most effective ways to reduce waste. Keep them, refill them, give them a second life.
Our coffee bags are made from post consumer recycled materials and can be recycled again. We use water soluble, non toxic labels that rinse off cleanly so the bags stay fully recyclable.
Every order ships in recycled paper boxes with biodegradable tape, and we pack using recycled paper that can go right back into the recycling stream. Even our stickers are recyclable paper.
This system keeps waste low, materials in circulation, and our environmental footprint as light as we can make it.
