We can’t take back your ex or that questionable haircut, but here’s what we can help with.
Coffee & Tea
All sales are final. Once coffee or tea leaves our den, we cannot take it back.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or we send the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
Merch
Our mugs, shirts, totes, and other gear are made just for you when you order. That means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or color.
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
