We can’t take back your ex or that questionable haircut, but here’s what we can help with.

Coffee & Tea

  • All sales are final. Once coffee or tea leaves our den, we cannot take it back.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or we send the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Merch

  • Our mugs, shirts, totes, and other gear are made just for you when you order. That means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or color.

  • If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
